History:

Jim used to live and go to school in Harbey, IL. After graduating high school, he joined the Army and after serving for three years, he received an honorable discharge. After his service in the Army, he worked for his father’s family owned and operated the construction business. A few years later, he and his two brothers took over the business and grew it into one of the largest and most successful construction companies in all of IL. In 1992, Jim moved to Las Vegas, continuing his construction career working as a lead carpenter with SchermacĀ Builders, then at Durango Construction and as a superintendent at UTE Construction for 15 years. In 2014, Jim left UTE Construction and became the Operations Manager for Everest.

Personal:

Jim met and fell in love with his wife Renn at one of his company Christmas party in IL. The two married and had two beautiful daughters. Jim is a huge sportsĀ fan. You will most likely find him in his man cave watching a game or out by the pool. Jim and his wife spend a lot of time with their grandchildren who keep them forever young.
