Will Dellaechaie is a customer of mine. One night I was leaving work and just happened to mention to Will that a few nights ago my water heater leaked and it damaged my walls and floors inside my house. He said, ”Why didn’t you call me immediately?” Will was about to head home, but made a detour to come see the damage at my house. The next morning Will and Bill were at my house assessing the damage and looking for mold. They showed me with their equipment where there was wetness in my walls and how it needed to be handled immediately so mold doesn’t grow. The next morning David, Bill, and Robert were at my house taking down the drywall and ripping up the flooring. These guys were quick and efficient. They were incredibly professional and made sure to clean up as they worked. In a situation nobody wants to deal with, having holes in the walls and cement floors, the Summit guys made it very livable, by covering the holes in the walls with plastic and making sure the now bare floors were swept and clean for us to continue to live in the house while we were waiting on new floors and drywall. I can’t tell you how impressed I was with these guys.
While all this was happening, I was having trouble dealing with my homeowners insurance. They were very vague and were making it hard for me to proceed with getting my house put back together. It was a very stressful time and I wasn’t sure what was going to be covered. I mentioned it to Will and he made a call to my insurance company and it was handled. Will took all the stress away from me and handled my insurance company who was trying to take advantage of me.
Summit’s part of the job is done, but Will has called me several times and has been to my house to make sure everything is getting put back together as it is supposed to. These guys know what they are doing and are good at it.
