We at Advantage Carpet Cleaning in El Paso, TX are writing to let you know about our sincere appreciation in regards to your service earlier this year. A sudden weather event hit our area and left us in a VERY tough position. During trying times for our company, you were there for us.
We were in desperate need of immediate accessibility to drying equipment. None was available in our local area, nor within a 500 mile radius due to the seriousness of the weather. Luckily, an associate referred us to your company. A couple of phone calls later and you were more than ready to drive down whatever machines we were asking for. You made the 730 mile drive in one day and we were able to drop the equipment the following day which allowed us to fulfill our work obligations. Without your rapid response, we would have been unable to complete our work. We are very grateful.
Another service we appreciated was the consulting you provided on some of our larger jobs. Your experience and expertise was very helpful in areas where we were not 100% sure. You showed us the quickest and most efficient ways of drying safely. We were able to complete jobs at a quicker pace than previously and still use your advice to this day. We had some extremely gratefiul customers.
Because of the premium service, we would highly recommend your company to anybody in need of water restoration. We have also referred you to other local companies in need of equipment rental or water restoration consultation. Obviously, if we are put in the same situation we will be calling again.
